Star Wars: The Force Awakens Trailer Recut To Look Like an '80's Action Film

Now that the final Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer is out, creative video editors have more footage to rehash, and this new one might give you a wild sense of nostalgia. 

Editor Anthony Dash decided to recut the new trailer to make it look like an action film straight from the '80's, which reminds me of the Return of the Jedi trailer that was highlighted at the beginning of theEaster Eggs video that we shared recently. The marketing style and aesthetics of the Betamax era are fascinating, and this video does a wonderful job in bringing those retro elements together. Watch the '80's style trailer below
