What happened in Star Wars: The Bad Batch Episode 8?
In Star Wars: The Bad Batch Episode 8, Reunion, as the Scrapper Guild found out the location of the Bad Batch, they immediately inform the Empire where they are sending Crosshair to go after them. Lama Su is worried about Omega's safety, and because of this, a second bounty hunter is hired solely for her safe return.
Crosshair found the Bad Batch and he cuts them off from their ship. They had to formulate an alternate escape plan through the cruiser's ion engine. Persistent, Crosshair managed to pin them inside as the engines were turned on. To counter this, they used explosives that they have salvaged to get away. That resulted to Crosshair having injuries.
Bounty Hunter Cad Bane catches up on Hunter and Omega. He shoots Hunter un the chest and took Omega with him. The rest of the Bad Batch found out what happened and they assisted Hunter back to their ship for their escape, in their dire situation, they weren't able to retrieve Omega.
