Ever since the news came out of Rosario Dawson being cast as Ahsoka Tano in The Mandalorian, there have been two camps of fans that were either for or against the move. While fans debate about whether Dawson should play the part or original voice actress Ashley Eckstein, a third choice somehow came out of the blue—and the suggestion is kind of perfect.

If anything, Harrier might be a perfect choice if we were going to meet the younger Ahsoka who dought during the Clone Wars. With her being significantly older in the time of The Mandalorian, I think that Dawson is still the better choice to be cast. Besides that, Dawson has had more experience when it comes to acting, which I think would be necessary for a war veteran like Ahsoka.

While a lot of sources are pretty sure that Dawson has already been cast in the role, it's still worth noting that there hasn't been any official confirmation from Disney. Then again, maybe the Ahsoka reveal is supposed to be a big secret, and the studio wants to keep us on our toes until we actually meet her. If you think about it, the silence from Dawson and Lucasfilm when the news came out kind of feels like a confirmation already. All we can really do is wait and see.

For now, we can catch Ahsoka in the final season of The Clone Wars on Disney+.
