It's already awesome that Katee Sackhoff was the one who got to play the live-action version of her Star Wars: The Clone Wars character Bo-Katan Kryze in The Mandalorian Season 2. But is it possible that the same thing can be done for Sabine Wren? Tiya Sircar has just admitted she is willing to get a major makeover for the chance to play her Star Wars Rebels character in a live-action project.
A fan recently reached out to Sircar on Twitter asking if she would cut and dye her hair before adding a photo of Sabine sporting shorter hair from Rebels. Interestingly, Sircar had an excited response. Check it out below.
"To play Sabine? IN. A. HEARTBEAT," Sircar wrote before adding three purple hearts.
We're not exactly surprised that Sircar is ready to play the live-action Sabine. After all, this is the character that she has played for several seasons of Star Wars Rebels. With that in mind, it would be awesome to see Sabine being played by Sircar herself.
Where can we expect to see Sabine? Fans have been hoping that she will eventually turn up in The Mandalorian Season 2 since Ahsoka Tano has already made an appearance in the Disney+ show. However, Disney and Lucasfilm have not yet confirmed whether the character will appear in the series.
