Star Wars: Obi-Wan Voice Actor has Special Message after Clone Wars Return

Though Ewan McGregor may be the face of Obi-Wan Kenobi, James Arnolds Taylor had famously voiced the character for the animated iterations. With The Clone Wars returning last week on Disney+, Taylor has posted u this special message for the fans.

Check it out:

With most of Obi-Wan's relevant arcs already have taken place in The Clone Wars, I'm interested to see what kind of story is in store for everyone's favorite Jedi master. It's been hinted that the final season ill actually overlap when it comes to the timeline of Revenge of the Sith, so maybe they could expand Obi-Wan's story in between scenes, like his reaction to having to kill Anakin, or maybe the aftermath of the climax where he moves to Tatooine and guards over baby Luke; then again, it could end up repetitive, seeing that a Kenobi series is already underway at Disney+.

So far it looks like the final season of The Clone Wars s off to a great start. It's great that they came back to the old animation style, and they also gave us some looks for characters that are closer to ROTS. Hopefully, we get a satisfying finale for this one, because we all know how long fans have been waiting for it.

As for next episode's description, you can read it here:

Believing that MIA soldier Echo may still be alive, Rex's mission becomes doubly important. Alongside Bad Batch and Anakin Skywalker, the clone captain launches a dangerous covert rescue.

The next episode of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, A Distant Echo, comes out this Friday on Disney+.
