The Star Wars prequel trilogy may not have been everyone's cup of tea when it first came out, but over the years, fans slowly warmed up to Episodes I, II, and II, gaining a strong cult-like following.

And if you'd ask most fans which is the superior prequel entry, Revenge of the Sith unanimously takes the cake, and for good reason. The 2005 flick finally saw Anakin Skywalker's fate be realized as he succumbs to the dark side, embracing his new identity as Darth Vader.

The film is also quite memorable for its iconic final battle featuring Anakin and his former mentor-turned-adversary Obi-Wan Kenobi. The fiery duel on Mustafar remains one of the most relived sequences from the prequels and now, it just got even better.

Anakin and Obi-Wan's rematch in the Obi-Wan Kenobi series was nothing short of spectacular but let's be honest, nothing has yet to top their high-stakes battle from Episode III, and that goes for the entirety of the franchise.

Now, we're not sure if we'll see another bout between the two but we're still hopeful that the Kenobi show actually gets greenlit for a second season. Our fingers remain crossed!

Revenge of the Sith is available to stream on Disney+.
