According to a report from The Sun, Star Wars icon and legendary nerf-herder Harrison Ford is set to make a major cameo appearance as Han Solo in The Book of Boba Fett. The specifics regarding his rumored appearance, including which episode he could potentially show up in have not been disclosed but according to the UK tabloid's scoop, Ford filmed his cameo scene for the series in London while Indiana Jones 5's production is on pause.

Much like Mark Hamill, Harrison will also reportedly be de-aged in the show but it's still unclear whether or not he was aided by a body double. As it stands, the rumor hasn't been confirmed yet so take it with a huge grain of salt.

When you think about it, Han Solo's potential return in the series makes a lot of sense considering his past run-ins with the famed Bounty Hunter. Now, assuming the rumors are in fact true, it'll be interesting to see how director Robert Rodriguez, along with the dynamic duo of Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni will execute Han's return and not make it too similar to Skywalker's jaw-dropping comeback.

The Book of Boba Fett is already streaming on Disney+.
