Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Now on Sale at Lowest Price Ever

BioWare's Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is back in the market and at its lowest price ever of only $2.99.

The game had already been sold at the ridiculously cheap price of $9.99, considering its content. Now, at $2.99, mobile gamers can consider themselves extremely lucky to be able to purchase a classic at a bargain price. In addition, according to Touch Arcade, Aspyr Media has also done port updates, providing support for MFi controllers as well as iCloud saves.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is considered one of the best western RPG of its generation, having tons of story-driven RPG gameplay that spans hours. It is also amazingly faithful to Star Wars which features characters that respond to a gamer's choices. If you're expecting to see anyone from the movies though, don't hold out too much hope since the game is set before the events of Star Wars: Episode I– The Phantom Menace.

The sequel of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is currently being developed by Obsidian and is still considered incomplete, whilst also less popular than its predecessor. Despite this, fans are still appealing for Knights of the Old Republic II. While the new sale could mean an upcoming port could be coming, there's no indication that Aspyr is working on such game.
