At this point, anyone who has seen The Mandalorian is well aware that Moff Gideon is the true Big Bad of the Star Wars series. However, it looks like Giancarlo Esposito is still trying to convince people that his character is actually a nice guy.
Esposito has just shared an awesome video on his official Twitter account where he is shown signing autographs for Topp's. In the video, the Better Call Saul star shows off a photo of Gideon and tries to prove that the character is a good guy. Check it out below.
It's amusing to see Esposito showing off his charming smile which vanishes as soon as you're convinced that Gideon probably isn't that bad after all. However, it looks like some things are just difficult to prove. Needless to say, we're not expecting Gideon to have a change of heart in The Mandalorian Season 2.
The previous season finale of The Mandalorian showed off just how determined Gideon is to get his hands on Baby Yoda. Interestingly, the final episode teased on Gideon's ambitions almost killing him but there is little doubt that his defeat will only make his greed even stronger. Needless to say, his return in the second season is the one that we are looking forward to later this year.
The Mandalorian Season 2 is currently in production. The series is then expected to return on Disney+ by Fall 2020.
