Marvel Studios' What If...? has captivated a lot of fans over the last couple of weeks all thanks to its brilliant storytelling, intriguing concept, and breathtaking animation which is just an added bonus if we're being honest. The show has quickly become one of Disney+'s most-viewed offerings and it no longer comes as a surprise how the House of Mouse greenlit a second season.

Now, ever wondered how things would be like if Star Wars actually released a series inspired by What If...?'s format? Turns out, fans of the billion-dollar Disney franchise have been toying with the idea for quite some time now and when you think about it, it's something that the House of Mouse should actually do.

On Reddit, fans have collectively expressed their desire for a Star Wars spinoff series that would follow What If...?'s concept and format and according to them, it would be a "dream come true". They also pitched several episode ideas for a potential "Star Wars What If...?" including stories involving Leia Organa, Anakin Skywalker, and Order 66. All of them sound extremely interesting and honestly, I'd pay good money just to see them happen. Check it out here:

Personally, I'd love to see a What If...? style series for Star Wars and I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work and be as successful as Marvel's actual animated show. I mean, think about it. Not only would it be a great way to explore several different scenarios within the franchise but Disney could also make good with the fandom for their questionable creative decisions in the past. Imagine the sequel trilogy being reimagined and given a proper ending, that would be amazing.

Speaking of, Marvel Studios' What If...? is now streaming on Disney+.
