The legendary Billy Joel might still have the musical chops to put one quite a concert performance, but the singer's age is definitely starting to show – so much so that some have started comparing his looks to Darth Vader's.
Joel was recently performing at the New York City Madison Square Garden, and while the music legend packed in quite an audience, Star Wars fans couldn't help but see Darth Vader playing his harmonica on stage. Putting a picture of Joel at the concert alongside a picture of a dying Anakin Skywalker, fans could help but squeal over the uncanny similarity between the two.

So far, the Star Wars fan's little post comparing Joel to Vader has gotten more than 6.3 thousand likes from netizens on Twitter, as well as 1.3 thousand retweets from members of the site.
Of course, perhaps the likeliness of the two is a result of circumstance, however, it's really hard to deny how much Joel looks like a dying Anakin in this photo of him at the New York Madison Garden.
Meanwhile, in other Darth Vader news, fans have been breaking their hearts all over again thanks to a passage in the novelization of Revenge of the Sith that details Anakin's physical transformation to Darth Vader. Though the novel has been around since 2005, fans have been rediscovering the power of the book to bring back the tremendous heartache, anger and guilt Anakin has after discovering that it was Darth Vader who had killed his wife, Padme.
