The penultimate episode of The Mandalorian was truly amazing as we finally got to meet the true villain of the Star Wars series. Unfortunately, the conclusion of Chapter 7: The Reckoning is also causing anxiety as fans can't wait to see what happens next.
SPOILERS AHEAD, PROCEED WITH CAUTION
In Chapter 7, Mando finally reconnected with Greef Carga who offered a deal that would benefit everyone. Carga proposed that Mando would use Baby Yoda as bait to dispatch of The Client's Imperial troops surrounding his town and in return, the bounty on Mando's head will be redacted. Unfortunately, things don't go according to plan as The Client is killed by Moff Gideon's men and the latter declares that he will soon have the Child. To make matters worse, Kuill and Baby Yoda are intercepted by scout troopers who seemingly kill the former and take the Child away.
It's a heavy cliffhanger that nobody was expecting and needless to say, people are stressed over the idea of Baby Yoda being harmed in any way.
Some are just distressed that they have to wait more than a week for the final episode.
In the meantime, others are already hoping that Mando is about to open a can of whoop-ass on Gideon and the Imperial troops.
We're still not sure how the first season of The Mandalorian will end. Could Mando possibly rescue Baby Yoda again or will Gideon ultimately get his hands on the Child? The truth will finally be revealed next week.
The final episode of The Mandalorian Season 1 will air on Disney+ on December 27.
