Star Wars Fan Theory Suggests Snoke Was A Creation Of Kylo Ren

There have been so many different discussions about Supreme Leader Snoke ever since his first appearance in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Tall, wrinkled, and mysterious, the character seemed like the sequel trilogy's version of Emperor Palpatine, and fans were eager to learn about the character's origin story. Some wondered whether he was related to Palpatine. Others thought he was the reincarnation of Darth Plaguies.

Unfortunately, Snoke didn't last that long in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Adam Driver's Kylo Ren sliced the Supreme Leader in two after he ordered the apprentice to cut down Daisy Ridley's Rey, and so Snoke died before we could even find out about his origin.

Now, as fans patiently wait for Star Wars: Episode IX, a new theory going around online says that Snoke might not have an origin, because Kylo Ren actually created that character as a Force Projection.

The Last Jedi introduced a number of interesting Force techniques, one of which includes Force Projection. In the climactic fight scene between Kylo Ren and his uncle, Luke (Mark Hamill), fans soon discover the Jedi Master force projecting himself straight from Crait, using his energy to create an illusion and save the dwindling Resistance.

Knowing the raw power of the Skywalker family, Reddit user YAFilms believes that Kylo could have actually created Snoke, Force projecting the character as a manifestation of the conflict within him.

It's an interesting theory to explore, however, it's hard to explain all of the scenes where Snoke interacts with others without Kylo Ren. It's even harder to explain his clear, physical form in The Last Jedi. Force projections don't bleed when they're cut down, do they?
