Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker served as the final installment of the Skywalker Saga, wrapping up the adventures for the sequel trilogy characters. While the door is seemingly left open for the actors to return, it looks like some of them aren't keen on doing so, but it looks like Daisy Ridley is open to the idea.
In a recent interview with Josh Gad on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Ridley was asked whether or not she'd consider reprising her role as Rey. "Never say never," she said. "But to me, The Rise of Skywalker was tied off with a bow."
It doesn't sound like the actress is necessarily wanting to come back for another Star Wars project, but she didn't exactly reject the possibility of returning as Rey as well. That said, it would be understandable if she wouldn't opt to reprise her role, Rey's arc wrapped up pretty well after all when her parentage was revealed and when she took on the Skywalker name.
Should the opportunity present itself, it would be interesting to see Ridley return to Star Wars, there's likely more stories and adventures to be explored about Rey. For now, though, the actress is likely focusing on other projects outside of the franchise, especially since she revealed that she had trouble finding work after The Rise of Skywalker.
