Disney is giving fans more reasons to attend Star Wars Celebration Europe this July. Starwars.com just announced that Rogue One: A Star Wars Story director Gareth Edwards and Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy will be attneding the convention.
According to the announcement, Kennedy and Edwards, along with "special guests", would be appearing at a Rogue One panel on the convention's first day, Friday, July 15. The site also promises that que and wristband information is forthcoming.
Although no details have been released about the event, the Rogue One panel will probably be as big as The Force Awakens panel that kicked off last year's Star Wars Celebration Anaheim. Hopefully, the panel will include appearances by Rogue One stars like Mads Mikkelsen, Felicity Jones, Forest Whitaker, and Donnie Yen. I hope a new trailer will be released as well.
