Star Wars’ Cantina Band Song Tops Australia’s Love-Making Playlist

It looks like a whole lot of Australian Spotify users have the Cantina Band soundtrack from Star Wars: A New Hope saved under their raunchy, sexy playlists ready for times when they'd like to get it on.

According to a report by Gizmodo Au, Spotify has just revealed that John William's memorable Cantina Band soundtrack from the 1977 Star Wars classic is the number one go to song in when Australian couples want to have some sexy time.

The music and video streaming service listed down the top love songs for Valentines, and while Ed Sheeran's Thinking Out loud came up on top of the love list, the Cantina Band soundtrack went ahead and dominated the "Best Song To Bone To" category.

"For those who want to get right down to business," Spotify revealed, "'Cantina Band' from the Star Wars: A New Hope Soundtrack, by John Williams, takes out the number one spot on the top sexy time playlists, by a landslide."

It's really interesting how guys and gals from Down Under love to get sexy to the music played by squid-faced aliens called Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes. Though I do love Star Wars and cosplay Queen Amidala's battle decoy from time to time, making love to the Cantina Band soundtrack is just a whole new level of geek. It's more of a dance song than a love song if you ask me, but sure, go for whatever floats your boat.
