Star Wars Battlefront II to Receive One Last Update

A lot of fans online were sad to hear that support was going to be ending for Star Wars Battlefront II, and the Scarif Update was announced to be the last. With a lot of bugs still in the game, it's been confirmed that we're getting at least one more patch incoming.

According to BattlefrontUpdates, it had been confirmed on the Battlefront II Discord that a patch was in the works. The post said: Just dropping in to let you know we're working on a small patch. Should have more info towards the end of the week.

We don't really know what's in store for the patch for now, but there have been several bugs online that have been pointed out that still need attention. A lot of Vader mains say that he needs to get worked on after the latest patch, and some think that DICE should definitely lower the kill requirements for Darth Maul's Old Master skin.

While a lot of people are bummed that Battlefront II is ending, the game did have some fantastic live service over the course of two years; and the devs were able to pick-up the game after a huge stumble. We don't know if Battlefront II would have lasted longer if the game had a better launch, but I guess it's a lesson to learn for the next installment—whenever that happens.

Star Wars Battlefront II is now playable for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
