Star Wars Battlefront II: New Reinforcements Will Include… Ewoks???

Star Wars Battlefront II is setting up for another big update at the end of the month, and it's said to bring the Original Trilogy to Co-Op and Capital Supremacy. What's neat is, we're getting two reinforcements for both the Empire and Rebellion and the Rebels are getting… Ewoks???

As per the official community transmission, DICE is taking the Ewoks from Ewok Hunt and bringing them to the battlefield.

Joining the Rebellion will be the Ewok Hunter, a Reinforcement option we know that many of you have been talking about since we first released Ewok Hunt back in 2018. The Ewok Hunter is a cunning bundle of fur that hunts its prey with bow, spear, and Wisties.

They basically take a lot of elements from Ewok Hunt with a few changes here and there. We don't know how this will fare with the actual game, but it would be interesting to see how they change the playing field.

As for the Imperials, they're getting the ISB Agent. The character dual-wields blasters and can help detect enemies, buff allies, and move fast around the map.

For full details on both characters, you can read here.

I'll admit, I was kind of hoping for something more when it came to these reinforcements, but I guess DICE is doing what it can with the existing assets that the game already has. I'm just hoping we get something bigger in the future.
