Star Wars Battlefront II: New Community Update Teases New Forces and Scarif

Star Wars Battlefront II has just undergone a major update, and if you're too busy to check out the full patch notes, DICE has released a video covering all the new things coming to the game.

Return to the era that started it all with the Ewok and ISB agent in Star Wars Battlefront II – in the next free content update coming February 26! Play Co-Op throughout classic locations including the ominous Death Star II and the dusty alleyways of Mos Eisley, equip and modify new weapons, and more.

By the looks of it, the Ewok pretty much plays like it does on Ewok Hunt, but this time it's given a bow and arrow to help make itself more dangerous in the battlefield. The ISB agent also seems to be a re-skin of the ARC trooper, but it also has the sprint ability of the Sith Trooper as well as a skill that buffs surrounding teammates.

If you watch till the end, there's also a teaser of the Rogue One map, Scarif. Hopefully it will also come with new heroes like Jyn Erso and Director Krennic.

Star Wars Battlefront II may have suffered a terrible launch, but the game has managed to rise from the dead and is now more popular than ever. What's great is, the live service is finally going full swing, and we're getting new additions to the game every month for free.

Star Wars Battlefront II is now playable for Xbox One, PC, and PS4.
