Star Wars Battlefront II Audio Files Suggest Padme and Ahsoka are Coming to the Game

General Grievous has just arrived in Star Wars Battlefront II, and some voice lines that have been datamined for Grievous suggest that DICE is already planning the arrival of two previously unannounced heroes.

Some voice lines for Grievous apparently suggest that there are plans to bring Ahsoka and Padme Amidala to the game. Check these out:

So far, the only incoming heroes announced are Grievous, Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Count Dooku, but with these voice lines in place, it could very well confirm that DICE is in one way or another planning on bringing Ahsoka and Padme to the game.

So far, the only playable women heroes are Princess Leia and Rey, and it would be amazing if we could expand the roster a bit more. There have been requests to port over Jyn Erso from the first Battlefront, but as it stands, there have been no updates on heroes from the first game coming to BFII.

While we're talking about women characters, I also think the Dark Side could use some other roster. Asajj Ventress could be a good choice for a character. They could also bring in Aurra Sing as one of the female bounty hunters for a change.

So far, DICE is planning on releasing the announced heroes once a month, so I would expect it would be a long time before we got Ahsoka and Padme in the game. Heck, I would be happy if Padme was just an alternate skin for Leia. If anything, I guess we'll have to wait a while before they arrive; best case scenario they're released before the end of 2019.

Star Wars Battlefront II is now playable for Xbox One, PC, and PS4.
