Star Wars: Ahsoka Series Adds Pacific Rim: Uprising Actor in Mysterious New Role

The cast of Ahsoka just got more interesting. The upcoming Star Wars series has added Ivanna Sakhno in a mysterious role. But who will the Pacific Rim: Uprising actor portray in the upcoming Disney+ show? There are speculations that Sakhno could be one of the villains going up against Rosario Dawson's Ahsoka Tano!

Deadline confirms that Ivanna Sakhno is joining the cast of Ahsoka. The report also points out that Sakhno is playing "a newly created character" who has not yet been introduced in the Star Wars Universe. However, fans are convinced that the mysterious role is somehow connected to someone who was a major player in Star Wars Rebels.

It is believed that Sakhno may have been cast in a villainous role and that her character has connections to Grand Admiral Thrawn. Since Ahsoka is looking for the villain, there is a possibility that she and her companions will encounter Sakhno's character in the search for Thrawn.

Of course, it is still possible that the new character might be an ally to Ahsoka and could help in the search for Thrawn and eventually, Ezra Bridger. There are no official details about the new character yet but we'll be keeping an eye out for updates.

Ahsoka had previously announced that Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny star Natasha Liu Bordizzo will play Sabine Wren. Bordizzo was the second cast member who was officially announced to join the series, which will be led by Rosario Dawson.

The premise of Ahsoka has not yet been revealed. However, it is expected to take place after the events in The Mandalorian Season 2 and will follow Dawson's character as she continues her search for Grand Admiral Thrawn. Likewise, the series has not yet been given an official production start date or release date. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
