Square Enix Releases the Marvel’s Avengers Launch Trailer a Week Early

Marvel's Avengers is coming out next week so Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics have decided to release the game's launch trailer early to get fans hyped. Probably a little too early since we are a week away from the game's release so they should relax a bit but let's not judge them too much for it. Still, the footage seen in the trailer looks pretty cool and we hope the game lives up to expectations.

Everything we've seen thus far is present in the trailer so it's mostly just action-packed moments mixed with some moments we haven't seen yet. Seeing Kamala Khan pick up Cap's shield or Black Widow giving Kamala an inspirational speech are things we haven't seen before so this is fine. We'd like to see more footage with Captain America since there's no way in hell that he's dead but that's a wait and see sort of thing.

Despite some criticism of the graphics, spoiling MODOK, and some of the loot that players will have to grind for, people are still relatively excited for Marvel's Avengers. It's clear that the game isn't just a fancier version of the Marvel Ultimate Alliance franchise and we're excited to see all the free heroes that will be coming to this game with their own campaigns.

Fans will be able to pick up Marvel's Avengers next week on September 4 for the PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia. PS4 and Xbox One players get a free upgrade for the PS5 and Xbox Series X respectively. Spider-Man is coming to the game next year as an exclusive to PS4 and PS5 owners.
