Square Enix is Releasing a Big Game Between April 2019 and March 2020

Square Enix started their 2019 with a bang, thanks to the release of Kingdom Hearts 3, a game that fans have been waiting more than a literal decade for. The company has a number of other games that are coming out this year, including a few Final Fantasy ports for the Switch and Xbox One, but fans are wondering if any major titles will be coming from good old SE. Well, it seems like we are getting a major game release, we just don't know what.

According to the company's third-quarter earnings, there will be a major game that comes out between April 2019 and March 2020. This big-name game will either get announced during E3 or the lead up to this event, which will be interesting since Sony won't be partaking in the big occasion. If the game is announced during E3, we can only hope that the title comes out within the year.

One game everyone is hoping to see released is the highly-anticipated Final Fantasy VII remake. The game will be directed by Tetsuya "Kingdom Hearts" Nomura, so expect a fun combat system and stylish character designs. This game has got everyone's interest since there have been reports that the remake will spawn multiple titles, with previous rumors saying that it would be episodic.

Then there's the mysterious Avengers Project, which still has no details. All we know is that this will be the first Marvel game coming from Square Enix and we're all hoping it will blow our socks off. With Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 coming to the Nintendo Switch this summer, it's safe to assume that this will be different from the acclaimed beat-em-up RPG.

What game do you want Square Enix to release between those two dates?
