There is little doubt that people are missing Attack on Titan now that the second part of The Final Season has concluded. However, it looks like the drought is causing fans to see their favorite characters in other shows. Some viewers are pointing out that they spotted Jean Kirstein in the latest episode of Spy x Family, and he might not be the only one!
Spy x Family Episode 2 was titled Secure a Wife and that's what Twilight aka Loid Forger did in an effort to complete an important mission. Interestingly, Loid's future wife agreed to take the deal as long as he attends a party with her to pretend to be her boyfriend. However, Loid isn't the only interesting-looking man at the party.
The party was also attended by Dominic, Camilla's boyfriend and fans were quick to notice his resemblance to an Attack on Titan character.
No, seriously, that guy looks a lot like Jean. Someone even put the two characters side by side and it's hard to deny that there is some strong resemblance here.
It's already cool to spot one Attack on Titan cameo in Spy x Family. But what if there were actually two characters from the Hajime Isayama anime in the show? Someone pointed out that Camilla looks a lot like Historia Reiss.
It's easy to understand why fans are seeing Attack on Titan characters everywhere. After all, we're all missing the anime considering that it will still be a long wait for the next (and hopefully final) part of Season 4. With that in mind, it was awesome to see Jean (and Historia) in Spy x Family this week.
Spy x Family Episode 3 is titled Prepare for the Interview ("Juken Taisaku o Seyo") and is based on the manga's third chapter Mission 3. The episode will premiere on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 23:00 PM JST.
