The fourth episode of Spy x Family has just been released but fans are already hyped up for next week's episode. After all, the preview for Spy x Family Episode 5 has been revealed and it teases what appears to be an epic showdown between Loid and Yor Forger!
In the fourth episode of Spy x Family, the Forgers got along well as they worked together to pass the formal interview at Eden Academy. The family even managed to impress Housemaster Henry Henderson by getting past the practical tests that were set before the families went in for their interviews.
Although the episode made it clear that the Forgers have bonded well after all the time they spent preparing for the formal interview, it looks like there might be some tension between Loid and Yor. Episode 4 concluded with a preview for next week's episode and it starts out with the Forgers having fun, there's a brief shot of Yor kicking Loid and him barely avoiding the attack.
So does this mean Yor and Loid are no longer getting along in Spy x Family Episode 5? We won't spoil anything for those who haven't read the manga but Yor does attack Loid in Chapter 6. The reason behind that will be revealed next week.
Although we're worried about Loid fending off Yor's attacks, there is another problem that needs to be considered. Will Anya Forger be accepted into Eden Academy? That's a question that could be answered in the next episode and we can't wait to find out next week.
Spy x Family Episode 5 is titled Will They Pass or Fail ("Gohi no Yukue") and is based on the manga's Chapter 6 (the fourth episode adapted the fourth and fifth chapter). The new episode will air on Saturday, May 7, 2022.
