Spider-Man: Zendaya is Afraid Tom Holland will Choke in His Spidey Outfit

Though superhero costumes look cool onscreen, they are far from comfortable. Tom Holland's suit from Spider-Man: Far from Home has him sealed inside, and it's so bad that he has to drink from a straw inserted in the eyeholes. As it turns out, his co-star Zendaya was actually worried that Holland might choke in the suit at some point.

Talking to MTV News, Zendaya explained:

"You know what I think about all the time that really scares me? When [Tom Holland] wears that mask that you can't just take off, cause it's all like one piece, I get scared all the time, like, what if he's working so hard that he throws up? And then he can't [remove the mask]—he chokes! I think about it all the time."

Ned actor Jacob Batalon also shared that his concerns were more about Holland not being able to see in the suit. Holland actually does some of his own stunts in the film, like simple flips, and I guess it would be scary if he can't really see what's around him.

If anything, Holland managed to make it out of the movie alive, and he looks to be confident enough to play Spider-Man for a long time. Let's just hope he manages to keep his cool for the next few years. I can only imagine the stress he's undergoing having to prep for these movies.

Catch Spider-Man: Far from Home when it hits theaters July 2.
