Ticket-selling for Spider-Man: No Way Home has already kickstarted and I think it's already safe to say that the Tom Holland-led superhero movie is not only the most anticipated film Marvel Cinematic Universe film this year, it's also certainly the most important. As tickets for the film have already been made available for purchase online ahead of its release in a few weeks' time, it's apparently getting extra hard for some to secure themselves a seat at the theater.

According to a report from The Direct, several listings from eBay have surfaced all over the web showing how some fans are scalping tickets for No Way Home and you wouldn't believe how much the tickets cost. Turns out, tickets are being sold and auctioned from prices ranging between $250 to $25,000. What?!

It's quite unprecedented when you think about it and I don't think I ever recall something like this ever happening to a Marvel film. But on the other hand, it just goes to show how important of a film Spider-Man: No Way Home actually is. I mean, with all the rumors surrounding the flick, it's no longer surprising how fans are getting extremely hyped for it.

Naturally, scalpers will go out of their way to take advantage of the situation but it would be safe to assume that both Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios will intervene in an effort to keep things fair and reasonable for fans.

Spider-Man: No Way Home swings to theaters on December 17, 2021.
