Despite the denial of Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures, a lot of Marvel fans are still hopeful that we'll get to see both Tobey Maguire and Andrew reprise their roles as Spider-Man in the MCU's upcoming Phase 4 offering Spider-Man: No Way Home. Even actor Tom Holland has come out on multiple occasions to dismiss rumors surrounding the two actors' alleged involvement in the film.

Dubbed by Holland himself as "the most ambitious" superhero film ever made, the level of secrecy surrounding Spider-Man: No Way Home has been off the charts, and even though they have been filming the project since December, we've really yet to get ourselves some "spoilery" stuff from the film's set which is both intriguing and astonishing all at the same time.

Now, a new piece of evidence points to Andrew Garfield's involvement in the highly anticipated film. William Spencer who served as Garfield's stunt double in both The Amazing Spider-Man and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 posted a video of himself on a filming set which he didn't identify. Interestingly, he tagged Tom Holland's stunt double Greg Townley in the post, seemingly indicating that the two are working together.

Spencer has since deleted the said post but Twitter user Simon Moore was able to get screen grabs from his official Instagram account. Check them out here:

I think it's safe to say at this point that Marvel and Sony are just trying their best to keep everything under wraps but the pieces of "evidence" we've been getting are too promising to just ignore. Now, while I don't wanna get everyone's hopes up, I have a strange feeling that something is really up and we'll get an official confirmation from the studios really soon. If both Maguire and Garfield end up in the film, this is going to be a huge deal.

Spider-Man: No Way Home hits cinemas in December.
