Spider-Man: Miles Morales Gives Us a Look at J. Jonah Jameson

While J. Jonah Jameson was a character in Spider-Man PS4, we never really got to meet him or see his face. With Spider-Man: Miles Morales set to come out this November, Insomniac has finally given a face to the Daily Bugle's Spider-Man-hating editor-in-chief.

Check it out:

While Jameson is covered up in his Santa outfit, we actually get to see his face obscured in the background, and it looks like he's pretty much the same J.J. that we meet in the Sam Raimi Spider-Man films. Hopefully, when we get his actual face reveal in the game, he has a more updated appearance compared to the flat top and mustache.

While I do love J.K. Simmons, I was kind of bummed that they just had him come back in Spider-Man: Far from Home. Personally, I think it would be great if we had someone else playing the part of J.J. I was even speculating that J.B. Smoove was going to be the MCU's new J.J., but he just turned out to be another teacher of Peter Parker.

In the latest adventure in Marvel's Spider-Man universe, teenager Miles Morales is adjusting to his new home while following in the footsteps of his mentor, Peter Parker, as a new Spider-Man. But when a fierce power struggle threatens to destroy his new home, the aspiring hero realizes that with great power, there must also come great responsibility. To save all of Marvel's New York, Miles must take up the mantle of Spider-Man and own it.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales launches alongside the PlayStation 5 on Nov. 12.
