Spider-Man: Homecoming Details on Villains and Costume Upgrades

Spoiler alert: Possible details from Spider-Man: Homecoming below.

Tom Holland's Spider-Man/Peter Parker made his debut in Captain America: Civil War, so next up is next year's Spider-Man: Homecoming, and last week, we saw some rumored plot details. Now we got some rumored details from a trusted source that supported the leak.

First off, JoBlo reported some details on the villains, saying that Michael Keaton is playing The Vulture, and will be supported by another villained called The Tinkerer, who is going to help create The Vulture's suit with recovered Chitauri technology retried from the Battle of New York in the first Avengers film.

They also revealed some details about Spider-Man's upgraded costume that we will most likely see. It's already been confirmed that Robert Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark will be in the film, and he will be making some modifications to the Spidey suit. Here's what the site said about that:

"What kind of modifications? Well, if you stuck it out for the end credits of Civil War you got to see Peter Parker discover Stark's costume Easter Egg for the web shooters that also featured Spidey's signature signal light. Well, it looks like we'll be seeing more old-school signature Spidey features, as Stark will also be supplying the classic Web Wings from the comics that will be able to deploy as needed. So, it appears Spider-Man is going back to his Stan Lee/Steve Ditko roots and that is pretty badass."

The film is being directed by Jon Watts, and stars s Tom Holland as Spider-Man, Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man/Tony Stark, Tony Revolori as Manuel, and Zendaya as Michelle.

Spider-Man: Homecoming will be released on July 7, 2017.
