As reported earlier today, South Korean actress Yoo Joo-eun died on August 29, 2022. The 27-year-old actress, who starred in tvN’s Big Forest and TV Chosun’s Joseon Survival Period, died by suicide; her family confirmed the news of her death. According to the reports, she left a suicide note addressing her parents.
According to Soompi's report, Yoo Joo-eun mentioned in her letter that she had been contemplating suicide for a while now. The actress apologized to her mother, father, grandma, and Oppa (older brother), adding that her heart "screamed" that she doesn't want to live anymore. Her family shared her letter to the public, abiding to her request.

The letter was shared by her brother, who wrote: “On August 29, 2022, Joo Eun has left this world to go to a comfortable place. For those who have the time, please say farewell to Joo Eun on her way. As per Joo Eun’s last request, I am sharing this post."
