Kim Nam-gil stars as Lee Yoon, a former Japanese soldier who left for Gando. Lee Yoon becomes a bandit to protect the land and the people.
Actor Kim Nam-gil is known for his roles in Pandora, Queen Seondeok, Memoir of a Murderer, The Pirates, The Fiery Priest, and Portrait of a Beauty.
Seohyun as Nam Hee-shin
Seohyun joins the Song of the Bandits cast as Nam Hee-shin, the head of the railway bureau of the Japanese Government-General of Korea, who hides her true identity.
Seohyun is part of the girl group Girls’ Generation. As an actress, she has starred in Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo, Private Lives, Jinxed at First, Bad Thief, Good Thief, and Time.
Yoo Jae-myung as Choi Chung-soo
Yoo Jae-myung plays Choi Chung-soo, an independence activist who leads an ethnical village in Gando. Yoo Jae-myung has starred in Reply 1988, Life, Vincenzo, Juvenile Justice, and Itaewon Class.
Lee Hyun-wook as Lee Kwang-il
Lee Hyun-wook stars as Lee Kwang-il, a Japanese military officer. Lee Hyun-wook is known for his roles in Remarriage and Desires, Mine, and Hell Is Other People.
Lee Ho-jung as Eon Nyeon-i
Lee Ho-jung joins the Song of the Bandits cast as Eon Nyeon-i, a gunman who was given the order to kill Lee Yoon. Lee Ho-jung has starred in Nevertheless, Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo, Midnight Runners, Let Me Introduce Her, and Night Light.
