Last year, Song Joong Ki finally decided to create an official Instagram account. HiSTORY D&C shared snaps of the Vincenzo star with a caption that read: “Knock! Knock! A sweeter gift than chocolate has arrived.” At the time, the management agency posted photos of Song Joong Ki that showed his different sides behind the scenes.

Song Joong Ki Surprises Fans In His Instagram Comeback
Avid followers of Song Joong Ki were delighted to see him sharing new photos on Instagram. The 36-year-old South Korean actor posted images from his latest photoshoot for Vogue Man.
One photo featured Song Joong Ki sitting on the floor while donning his all-black ensemble. Another photo of Song Hye Kyo’s ex showed him and his dog striking a pose to the camera.
As always, the snaps garnered millions of likes and hundreds and thousands of comments from the devoted supporters of Song Joong Ki. Some fans, who were reminded of Joong Ki’s Vincenzo Cassano, even demanded the actor to return for Vincenzo Season 2.

There is no denying that Song Joong Ki’s Vincenzo did not only become popular in South Korea but also in other parts of the world, maintaining its position in the top 10 TV shows on Netflix for weeks around the globe. The tvN K-drama even made it to Forbes’ most-watched Korean series in 2021, securing the fourth spot.
While the anticipation for Vincenzo Season 2 remains high up to this writing, it remains unclear if tvN would renew the Song Joong Ki-led series for another installment. In an interview with the K-drama superstar, he revealed that nothing has been said about the yet-to-be-confirmed second season.
Song Joong Ki stated:
"I'm personally happy that many people want Season 2 to come out, but realistically speaking it's not coming out, and I don't think there was ever any Season 2 discussion going on internally."
He furthered:
"That would seem to echo the comments Joong-ki made in a making-of video about the last day of filming Season 1, which seemed to end on a note of finality. I was the only one caught crying on camera, but all of the actors cried. It was such a fun production that I didn't want to say goodbye, and I always get emotional when the final shoot ends."

Song Joong Ki Graces The Cover Of Vogue Hong Kong
Meanwhile, Song Joong Ki has proven once again that he is a heartthrob who can make almost everyone swoon effortlessly. The Descendants of the Sun star graced the cover of Vogue Man Hong Kong March 2022 issue.
Reports revealed that the new issue would feature a total of four unique covers, capturing different auras of Song Joong Ki. The Vincenzo star, during his cover photoshoot, pulled off various styles that included a letter jacket, eclectic patterns, one-color suits, and a chic ensemble.
