While many fans were initially pleased to hear that Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye were allegedly dating at the time, the respective agencies of the two K-drama superstars denied the rumors.

SALT Entertainment, in a statement, wrote:
"Of course, it's not true. There's no basis to the story. We don't know why that article was published in China. We're taking measures through our Chinese agency."
Agencies of Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye further explained there are no pieces of evidence to prove that they were, indeed, together. Furthermore, it was revealed the talent managements tried to each the sources of the story but to no avail.
In other words, it is safe to say that all the dating rumors hounding Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye are not true. Though Min Ho and Shin Hye look good together, they were never a couple – even after numerous publications claimed the two K-drama stars had history.
The truth of the matter is Lee Min Ho pursued Suzy Bae at the time. The City Hunter actor and Start-Up actress were even snapped during their dates and the photos were published in various news outlets.
In 2015, Lee Min Ho and Suzy Bae confirmed their romance thru their respective agencies. Park Shin Hye, for her part, also revealed she is dating Choi Tae Joon in early 2019.

Lee Min Ho Hilariously Congratulates Park Shin Hye On Her Wedding
Meanwhile, avid followers of Lee Min Ho burst into laughter when he congratulated Park Shin Hye on her wedding with Choi Tae Joon. The couple tied the knot on January 22 and shared snaps of their dazzling wedding photoshoot online.
Lee Min Ho then took to Instagram to share a photo of him donning a suit and showed a wedding invitation Park Shin Hye sent to him. However, instead of addressing the invitation to Min Ho, Shin Hye wrote Kim Tan on the card.
For the unaware, Kim Tan was the name of Lee Min Ho’s character in The Heirs. In the caption, the Boys Over Flowers actor wrote “Do I congratulate you?” which is a parody of his famous “Do I like you?” line from the K-drama.
