Song Hye Kyo’s ex-husband, Song Joong Ki, will be part of the upcoming tvN drama, Little Women.
Little Women is an upcoming adaptation of Louisa May Alcott’s novel of the same name. While the original story is set in the 1800s, the K-drama version is set in modern-day Korea instead. It tells the story of three sisters who share a close relationship despite growing up in a low-income family.
It stars Kim Go Eun, Nam Ji Hyun, Park Ji Hu, Wi Ha Joon, Uhm Ji Won, Um Ki Joon, Kang Hoon, and Gong Min Jeung.
Ahead of its premiere, Song Joong Ki’s agency delivered good news about his special appearance.

Song Joong Ki To Appear in the K-drama Little Women
Song Joong Ki’s agency, History D&C, recently confirmed to local South Korean news outlets about the actor’s appearance in the drama.
As quoted by Korea JoongAng Daily, Song Hye Kyo’s ex-husband would reportedly make a guest appearance after being tapped by the series’ director.
"Song Joong-ki will make a special appearance as he knows the director Kim Hee-won of 'Little Women,'" it said.

Previously, Song Joong Ki worked with director Kim Hee Won in his other hit series, Vincenzo, where he played the role of a Korean-Italian mafia lawyer.
It remains unknown when exactly he will appear in the series, but it will premiere on September 3 and air new episodes every Saturday and Sunday at 9:10 p.m.
Aside from Little Women, he will also appear in The Youngest Son of a Conglomerate.
Song Joong Ki, Song Hye Kyo’s House Doubled Its Value
In another news, it was reported that the value of Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo’s house doubled in six years.
Although the estranged couple is now focusing on their respective projects and careers, they remain connected through the house the actor bought for them.
He originally bought the Itaewon house in November 2016 for 10 million KRW. Six years later — even after their split — the now two-story building has now a value of 20 million KRW.
Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo divorced in 2019, two years after their wedding.
