Interestingly, she once dishes out her exercise routine and diet secrets she does, especially ahead of a big event.

In a report cited by AllKpop back in 2014, the actress revealed in a previous interview that she would hit the gym twice a day.

Son Dam Bi’s workout routine stays pretty consistent for two months, especially if she’s preparing for a CF.

She prefers doing low-intensity exercises like pilates to improve her flexibility and tone muscles, particularly in the abdomens, lower back, hips, and buttocks, which are basically the “core muscles.”

As for her food intake, she would also be regulated and strictly eat one full meal a day. The actress prefers Korean food for her lunch as it focuses more on vegetables and fewer carbs.

If she feels hungry, she confesses eating only sweet potatoes or chicken breast. As a result, she managed to shed off 7kg.
