Park Seo Joon often shares a sneak peek of his life outside showbiz through social media, whether he is with his team, furbaby Simba, or a glimpse of his workout routine.

The South Korean star featured his life in London on his recent vlog, where he is currently filming his first-ever Hollywood film.

In September 2021, his management, Awesome ENT announced that the 33-year-old actor left Korea to film his upcoming movie under Marvel Cinematic Universe.

In a statement obtained by Soompi, Park Seo Joon’s agency said that they are “well aware that many people are curious about the name of the film in which he will be appearing, his character, the filming location, and his filming schedule,” but declined to reveal the details.

However, they took the opportunity to thank the fans for their overwhelming support “as he takes on this new challenge.”

Although the agency did not disclose which Marvel film he’ll be in, rumor sparked that he will appear in The Marvels alongside Brie Larson and might take the role of Amadeus Cho, a Korean-American-born guy with extraordinary abilities.

With several projects lined up for the actor, it’s surprising how he can manage to stay fit despite his crazy schedule.

Based on Park Seo Joon’s vlogs, he managed to squeeze in some exercise and spends lots of time at the gym.

He even shared his workout session with his celebrity friends, also known as the Wooga Squad, including Choi Woo Shik from Parasite, BTS’ V, singer Peakboy.

As for the actor, Park Seo Joon’s workout plan includes a lot of cardio. He does jogging, squats, pull-ups, and, as expected, lifting weights.

Interestingly, the South Korean heartthrob is also good at jumping ropes.

In one of the episodes of Three Meals a Day, he showed off his talent and wowed the host and fellow guests, including Park So Dam, with his skill.

It’s no surprise how the actor can totally ace simple workout routines but did you know that he could spend hours in the gym.

According to Koreaboo, the 33-year-old sought-after leading man trained for 8 hours in a day for the movie The Divine Fury.

The reason behind this is that he wanted to “make an effort to show the maximum within a short period of time.”

With this, he revealed that he “spent 8 hours a day on training” and maintained his body by consistently working out until the film officially wrapped up.
