In Chapter 165 Jin-Woo is back to conclude the fight against the Monarchs. The Monarch of Frost doesn't prove strong enough to stop him, so Jin-Woo goes after the Beast Monarch who regrets not having run away.
His instincts tell the Beast Monarch to surrender, and he promises to be loyal to Jin-Woo, warning him that the King of Dragons will come soon and that he will help him fight against him. Jin-Woo accepts, but only if the beast monarch can take 5 blows for him - as many as the Monarch's scratches on Jin-Woo's heart. Of course, the Monarch cannot.
Jin-Woo manages to slay the Monarch of Frost next, concluding the battle for good. By the end of the Chapter, Jin-Woo finds out that his father protected him.
Unfortunately, no certain Chapter 166 spoilers are available but we expect it to be a breather, with no further physical conflict. Instead, it might deal with Jin-Woo's feelings about his father - if the King of Dragons doesn't come already, that is.
