Girls’ Generation Tiffany Helps Peak Time Contestants With Advice

On Feb. 21, Tiffany posed during a photoshoot for Harper’s Bazaar. The magazine tapped the idol amid its theme Forever Girl.

Following the photoshoot, the I Just Wanna Dance hitmaker sat for an interview in which she was asked the advice she could give the participants of the idol survival show.

According to Tiffany, one should be a good person to become a good artist.

She said, “On stage, the inner energy that a person originally has is naturally released. I want them to be a person who is not only sincere but also mindful about time—to oneself, to others, and to their team members. It’s also necessary to understand one’s own feelings well because that’s what you have to express on stage.”

In line with the advice and Harper’s Bazaar theme, Tiffanny noted how she wants to show women empowerment through Girls’ Generation members. She added how important it is to express oneself confidently.

Peak Time Survival Show Update

Tiffany’s comments came amid Peak Time’s popularity across the globe.

The survival show program for lesser-known idols features 23 boy groups who have not performed on stage in a while due to several reasons, like indefinite hiatus or due to disbandment. There are also rookie groups who now score the chance to showcase what they got.

"About 30 boy bands debut every year, but only two to three of them survive," JTBC said before releasing the show. "We will discover hidden gems among the contenders who desperately want to shine on stage."

It recently aired its episode 3, which showed 16 teams having the right rival pairs.

Team 11:000, VANNER, currently stands atop the ranking after the first-ever Peak Time global vote.

Peak Time’s next episode will be broadcasted on March 1 at 10:30 p.m. KST.
