In a vlog collaboration, titled Single's Inferno Cha Hyun Seung and Kang So Yeon's workout episode finally released, the reality stars, who are both fitness enthusiasts, did a "couples workout video."
Viewers get to witness how these two sweat it out doing mountain climbers, death-defying burpees, jumping lunges, jumping squats for a 5-minute couple workout challenge.
As noted by Xportsnews, the athlete and entrepreneur was impressed by Hyun Seung's stamina, saying, "You don't look like you're having difficulties at all," to which he laughed, saying that it's challenging for him too.

While the duo completed the challenge, they answered a few questions from fans. One of which is the changes since they appeared in Single's Inferno.
Naming the biggest change are the opportunities and number of social media followings after the Netflix reality dating show aired.
"After Single's Inferno, the number of those who looked at my potential has grown much higher," Kang So Yeon said.
Meanwhile, the model and professional dancer expressed the same thought noting that Single's Inferno opened a lot of doors for him.
"There are things that are a little disappointing. I am working hard the same way, but after Single's Inferno, the response is great," he explained, adding that he is grateful for the experience.

For the 30-year-old heartthrob, he explained, "It's good to get to know good people, but it's difficult because the situation changes so quickly. The host is thinking."
