Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie Episode 10 Recap
Autumn has arrived in Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie, and what better way to kick off the season than the Athletic Festival?
The team indoors, Izumi and Hachimitsu, couldn't have been more unfortunate in their roles in the sporting event. Following their upsetting selection, they will compete in the mixed relay event.
Shikimori, Nekozaki, and Inuzuka, fortunately, back them up and join them in the event. We all know how helpless Izumi and Hachimitsu are when it comes to outdoor physical activities.
Izumi and Hachimitsu decided to practice running and a baton relay in the school's oval before the athletic festival. They were joined by Shikimori and the others, who watched in agony as Izumi and Hachimitsu frequently stumbled out of nowhere.
Despite this, Izumi and Hachimitsu grow increasingly determined to improve themselves. While Hachimitsu wishes to see the happy faces of her friends, she also wishes to improve herself.
Izumi, on the other hand, is concerned about the curse on his shoelaces, which has always caused him to fall down. Regardless, Izumi and Hachimitsu were supportive of one another and practiced until late at night.

Despite this, Hachimitsu remembered both her personal struggles and the happy faces of her friends. She started running again, this time towards Izumi, who was cheering her on the whole time.
Fortunately, Hachimitsu manages to pass the baton to Izumi before she gives up.
Despite being concerned about his misfortune, Izumi runs full force this time. After witnessing Hachimitsu's efforts, he believes he must give it his all. Izumi loses both of his shoes in the middle of his run.
Luckily, he did not collapse and was able to pass the baton to the extremely competitive Shikimori.
Shikimori closes the gap and finishes second thanks to her dexterity and determination. She also infects Inuzuka with her rage and pressure, which eventually pays off. They not only win first place, but their bond is stronger than ever.
