How Did Jennifer Walters Get Her Powers in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law?
In She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 1, A Normal Amount of Rage, Jennifer Walters got her powers during a road-trip-gone-wrong with her cousin Bruce Banner as they hit a Sakarrian Class A Currier Craft and went straight down a cliff.
Jennifer comes out of the car, wounded, and she helps Banner out as well but that didn't turn out well for Jennifer. Since Bruce is wounded, too, his blood drops onto Jennifer's open cut, thus, she became a Hulk, too. As shocking as it is for her, she passes out somewhere in the woods.
Sometime later, Hulk tells Jen that she got a lethal dose of gamma radiation and Jen freaks out if she's dying. Well, Hulk just paused for a while, and he says he synthesizes Jen's blood, revealing it reacts well with gamma radiation and her blood even healed Hulk's arm.

How Did Jennifer Walters Get Her Powers in the Comics?
In the comic books, Jennifer Walters was shot by a mob and with her injuries being dire, she had to receive a blood transfusion. Since no one is around but Bruce Banner, he could not let his cousin die and he’d rather give her gamma-irradiated blood than do nothing. This prompted her to become She-Hulk.
See, while both have accidents, the series toned down the life-changing event a bit. There was no mob in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law but it still involved some blood mixing up.
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law showed that anyone who would have a drop of Hulk's blood may be exposed to gamma radiation, thus, either that person will be like Hulk if the body is capable of the gamma radiation, or will die if it isn't compatible.
Luckily, Jen and Bruce are cousins and their genetic make-up have some things in common. However, her blood seems to have something in it that may have caused Hulk's wound to heal faster. This means that She-Hulk may be having a power straight out of the comics where she has healing and regenerative powers.
That's something to look out for in the next episodes!
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 1 is now streaming on Disney Plus.
