Yes, She-Hulk: Attorney At Law finale returns to the tradition of the series in having a post-credits scene and this is usual for any Marvel title to have one to keep the viewers' interest going and looking out for a possible connection to a future project.

In the finale of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, just as everyone thought Wong wouldn't arrive, he comes out of the blue. It starts with Emil Blonsky lying down in his cell at the supermax facility of the Department of Damage Control after he was apprehended for violating his parole conditions.

Wong arrives and apologizes to Blonsky for being late. Blonsky assumed that Wong got tied up with a show he was watching and Wong claims it's the peak era of TV.

As Blonsky picks up his things, he even asks what the guest policies of Kamar-Taj are, which directly hints that he finally accepted the offer of Wong to seek refuge at Kamar-Taj just like what Wong testified in the parole hearing of Blonsky in Episode 2.

This continues to show that Blonsky still has some darkness within him but with Wong giving him a place at Kamar-Taj, being the Sorcerer Supreme, he would do anything to keep harm away from people no matter what dimension they are from.

It's safe to say that Blonsky being at Kamar-Taj would still protect the world from the wrath of Abomination but that still gives him a chance to remain as a villain having a new grudge to hold on to as Jen sent him back to prison for another 10 years due to the violation of his parole conditions.
