In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Tim Roth, who plays Emil Blonsky aka Abomination in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law opens up about the gigantic character's future, whether Abomination has really changed into the good guy he claims, or if it's just one of his ploys to get out of prison.

“They let me improvise and play and fool around and dance on the edge of, ‘Is he [good], though?’ That kind of thing. That was always the question: ’Is he telling the truth here? And where are we going?’”

When asked if Blonsky is genuine about his remorse for his actions, Roth plays it coy by saying that fans have to wait for what's about to unfold as the show continues:

“That’s the fun. I can’t answer that for you. He’s been kept in maximum security solitary confinement for a very long time. What does that do to someone? Where does that lead him? And who is this guy now? Should we have a leap of faith in him or not?”

The Incredible Hulk actor admitted that he knows what's about to happen but wants to leave it out to the fans, while also hinting that there's more with Blonsky's story.

“That’s for you to find out. The mischief is just all the way in there, and there’s more to come. You’ll see. I know what’s coming. I hope we get away with it, I can only say that.”

If Abomination turns out to be a hero, fans would unquestionably be delighted with that idea. After brawling with Edward Norton's Hulk in 2008's The Incredible Hulk, Abomination deserves a redemption arc that could allow him to be a hero, or maybe an Avenger.

Nonetheless, if Blonsky remains a villain, there's no doubt that he will still be amazing. For now, we'll have to wait a little longer to figure out Emil Blonsky's future in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, streaming on Disney+.
