Two highly anticipated projects are underway for the tile with Dune: Part Two and its prequel series currently in production and Dune: The Sisterhood just added three new cast members including Shazam! actor, Mark Strong, where he will be joined by Jade Anouka, and Chris Mason.

Dune: The Sisterhood will stand as the prequel TV series of the Dune Universe which will be released on HBO Max. It is created by Frank Herbert and the show just added three new characters with Shazam! and Cruella actor, Mark Strong, His Dark Materials star, Jade Anouka, and Broadchurch actor Chris Mason.

In a report from Deadline, the involvement of Strong, Anouka, and Mason in Dune: The Sisterhood are confirmed and their roles are also revealed. Strong will be playing Emperor Javicco Corrino who is described as, "a man from a great line of war-time Emperors, who is called upon to govern the Imperium and manage a fragile peace."

Jade Anouka is set to portray Sister Theodosia who is "a talented and ambitious acolyte at the Sisterhood who harbors a dangerous secret about her past."

Christ Mason will be Keiran Atreides, and he is, "a Swordmaster to a Great House whose ambition to live up to his family name is disrupted when he forms an unexpected connection to a member of the royal family."

Dune: The Sisterhood will follow the exclusive sisterhood who became a political force, the Bene Gesserit, and they undergo strenuous physical and mental training to get superhuman abilities and powers. It will be the prequel to Dune released in 2021.

Dune: The Sisterhood is set 10,000 years before Paul Atreides ascended, and it will focus on the Harkonnen sisters who will face forces to protect humankind, and they build the infamous Bene Gesserit.

Strong, Anouka, and Mason will be joining the cast of Dune: The Sisterhood with Emily Watson as Valya Harkonnen, Shirley Henderson as Tula Harkonnen, Indira Varma as Empress Natalya, Shalom Burne Franklin as Mikaela, and Chloe Lea as Lila.

Also in the cast are Sarah-Sofie Boussnina as Princess Ynez, Faoileann Cunningham as Sister Jen, Aoife Hinds as Sister Emeline, and Travis Fimmel as Desmond Hart.

Dune: The Sisterhood has no release date yet but the production for the series already began on November 22, 2022 in Budapest and in Jordan.
