After the acquisition of Fox, Marvel Studios finally has the X-Men and mutants under its banner. We don't know when they'll introduce mutants into the world, but they could very well start in the upcoming Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings.
According to insider Daniel Richtman, the movie is said to include Wiz Kid a.k.a. Takeshi Matsuya:

In the comics, Matsuya was a mutant who had the ability to manipulate technology, and I'm sure he'll have the same kind of skill when it comes to Shang-Chi. Like the post suggests, it's still unclear if Wiz Kid will be a mutant in the movie, but they could very well subtly hint at it if they find a creative enough way.
While everyone is excited for the mutants to come to the MCU, there's still a case of how to bring them into the story. It's easy to say that they've existed this whole time, but it probably wouldn't make a lot of sense, considering everything that's happened in the MCU. Some suggest that mutants could be introduced thanks to the second snap from Endgame.
Personally, I'm in favor of a House of M-influenced situation where Wanda Maximoff taps into her powers and accidentally becomes the mother of mutantkind; it's a great reversal of what happens in the comics where she saps every mutant of their powers.
For now, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is set to release on Feb. 12, 2021.
