After Avengers: Endgame concluded the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Infinity Saga, fans of the billion-dollar franchise have been eagerly anticipating details regarding Marvel's next big movie crossover event. Last month at the San Diego Comic-Con, the studio confirmed that the next Avengers film will happen in three years and will in fact feature Kang the Conqueror as the next big bad.

The standalone Loki series already dropped a major tease at the arrival of Kang in the form of He Who Remains and right off the bat, the MCU established just how formidable of a villain he truly is. Turns out that even Shang-Chi actor Simu Liu is unsure if the collective forces of the Avengers will be able to stand a chance against the time-traveling villain.

On Twitter, the ever-so-social-media savvy actor shared an image of Majors looking extra buff and it looks like he's already second-guessing his Avenger teammates, saying that the Earth's Mightiest Heroes are pretty much "effed". Well, he does have a point. Check out his hilarious post here:

While Kang isn't exactly known for having a strength and power advantage unlike his other villain contemporaries, his cunning mind is enough threat for the Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and considering he has his way with tampering with timelines so effortlessly, it'll take more than just the Infinity Stones to outsmart and potentially vanquish him.

Marvel Studios' Avengers: The Kang Dynasty is currently scheduled for release on May 2, 2025.
