Shang-Chi Reportedly to Introduce Marvel’s Dragon Villain

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings isn't just only going to introduce Marvel's first Asian hero into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but it looks like the film is also going to bring in a threat even larger and stronger play the villain in the upcoming Marvel movie.

While Marvel has yet to confirm the characters and villains it has set for Shang-Chi, a new post by popular Marvel reporter Daniel Richtman reveals that a dragon-like creature may appear in Marvel's upcoming Shang-Chi movie. This dragon-like creature may very well be Fin Fang Foom, a creature created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. This dragon can grow to over 200 feet tall and because of its size the dragon-like creature Fin Fang Foom has quite a number of formidable skills including healing factor, acid breath, super strength, and telepathy.

It would definitely be interesting to see Fin Fang Foom appear in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. We'd like to see a dragon-like creature appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, though right now we're not quite sure whose side Fin Fang Foom is on.

Interestingly enough, Fin Fang Foom has appeared in Marvel shows like Iron Man: Armored Adventures, Ultimate Spider-Man, and just recently, Avengers Assemble. If the report proves to be true, then the dragon will finally make his way into the Marvel Cinematic Universe and give Shang-Chi (Simu Liu) a pretty hard time on his own.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is set to premiere on Feb. 12, 2021.
