Shadows HouseEpisode 7took both living dolls and shadows out of their comfort zones, forcing them to make unlikely allies and work together. The Debut arc might seem to be dragging a bit, especially since we can only watch one episode per week, but once our main characters make it back to the house, we expect a ton of revelations.
The CloverWorks anime faithfully adapts an ongoing manga by the duo Sho-Ma-To and the aesthetics and unique ideas will definitely win you over. It now seems that 13 episodes are too few to adapt all the volumes we have so far, but Season 1 will most show our main characters' initiation to adult life, and who knows? More content could come up in the future.

Shadows House Episode 7 Recap
Shadows House Episode 7 is full of puzzles and suspense, as well as unexpected friendships. Ricky and Lou have to team up in order to get to their master on time and in one piece, while Emilyco, Shaun, and Ram must work together once more. The trio had made a great team in earlier episodes and their combined skills save them again.
Soon enough, they're joined by John, Shaun's Shadow master, who admittedly did more harm than good by saving himself: against the rules, he got his clothes filthy, and he broke a bridge that would help Emilyco get to Kate faster. By solving puzzles together and combining their understanding of their maps, the four children find most of the information they need and part ways. John and Shaun go on their way to the finish line, while Emilyco and Ram hurry to rescue their respective Shadows.
But with only 50 minutes left, you can't help worrying about them. Ram and Emilyco have both shown themselves to be smart and capable, but they don't fit their roles perfectly, as Lou and Ricky, for instance. Will they both manage to survive their debut and reunite with Shirley and Kate?

Shadows House Episode 8 titled "In the Palm of His Hand" is going to be released on the 29th or the 30th of May, depending on your timezone. Premium Funimations users will be able to watch the newest episode of Shadows House simulcast the moment it is released.
Non-premium users will have to wait for Episode 8 until the 6th of June but will be able to Episode 7 with ads by the 30th of May.
