Seohyun will win viewers’ hearts again through her upcoming drama, Jinxed at First.
Jinxed at First, also called Jinxed at First, is a 2022 KBS 2TV fantasy romance K-drama about a poor, unlucky man who meets the goddess of fortune. It is based on a webtoon of the same name.
Seohyun plays Seul Bi’s role, a character who has a special ability to see the future of a person she touches. Meanwhile, Na In Woo scored Gong Soo Kwang’s role, a Seodong Market fish seller with a special jinx.
Before the drama’s premiere, the Girls’ Generation member talked about the character and what made Seul Bi special.

Seohyun Praises Jinxed at First Character
Seohyun recently introduced her character to the viewers and shared what makes Seul Bi special.
Per the idol-turned-actress, Seul Bi does not forget her purity and courage as she tries to defy her own fate. She also praised the character’s positive outlook while trying new things to feed her curiosity.
As for the three keywords that suit Seul Bi, Seohyun gave “frog out of the well,” “14-dimensional girl,” and “a romantic.”

“Seul Bi is a character who is curious about everything in the world and has a strong desire to learn. I think of her as a character who would never be satisfied within a well and comes out of that well on her own two feet,” she went on.
So in order to perfectly act like Seul Bi, Seohyun reportedly focused on expressing the character’s personality and thought about the details of her everyday life.
Seohyun Compares Herself to Seul Bi
In a separate interview, the K-pop star also compared her to her character, saying that she is grateful to meet Seul Bi.
“Whenever I work on a project, I try to maximize my inner self that is most similar to the character’s tendency. Seul Bi and I both see the world in a positive way, and we’re also very curious and try to take challenges,” she said.
Viewers can see more of Seul Bi’s innocence and courage once the drama premieres on June 15.
